Ever since I was a child I've believed the planetarium was pure magic. With The Circle I wanted to make the film that I, myself, wanted to see projected onto the dome- a psychedelic, retro-modern journey through time, space and life, set to cool music.
I remember vinyl records, and that feeling of listening to a fully curated musical journey, while exploring the gatefold for insights and clues into their mysterious world. That's the feeling i wanted to evoke with The Circle.
Fulldome, being an immersive format, the main character is "you," so I wanted to share a story that resonates on a human level, regardless of who you are or where you're from. Welcome to The Circle.
